IN.PLAS.VI, S.A.was founded in 1968 and is specialised
in the production of plastics articles. In 1986 IN.PLAS.VI, S.A.
registered the commercial trade mark PROSAN®. in order to range up the
first PVC fittings for plumbing. Since then, our catalogue has not stopped growing,
offering convenient and efficient solutions. PROSAN®. is a leading brand
in the Spanish market for quality and service, being one of the very first brands to
obtain the demanding AENOR’s ER certification.
Our main goal is to offer products of quality and technically advanced that bring
solutions to the professionals and fulfil the demands of modern facilities. Clients’
satisfaction has always been a priority for us and we hope to see it accomplished in this
catalogue that we now present.
Our facilities have a 2.000 m2 production plant, and a 2.500 m2 storehouse
with finished product. Our permanent stock allows us to offer you a quick delivery.
Manufacturing facilities have the latest technology in plastics moulding injection and highly
qualified and experienced personnel.
Our production equipment is fully automated, and we
replace it on a regular basis so as to manufacture with the most advanced technology.
We are particularly proud of our mould workshop, where we design,
manufacture, verify and restore ourselves our injection moulds. All our products are
developed with in-house technology. Modern CNC machines, combined with fully specialised
personnel, are the only way we succeed the perfect PROSAN®. fittings finish which is
asked by the most demanding professionals. The quality of our products is also guaranteed
by the rigorous selection of suppliers, as well as with the reception test carried out in
our own laboratory. Everything is done in order to get the best quality for our products.
